STAGE --- Ellen is a multi Dora Award-nominated actor who performs in plays and musicals across Canada. She has starred as Sylvia Llewelyn Davies in the first Canadian production of Finding Neverland (Drayton Entertainment), as Princess Fiona in Shrek: The Musical (Young People's Theatre), Maria in Sound of Music (Thousand Islands Playhouse), Eliza in My Fair Lady (Capitol Theatre Port Hope), Belle in Beauty and the Beast (Neptune Theatre) and Anne in Anne & Gilbert (National Arts Centre / The Guild Charlottetown).

In Toronto, where she is based, Ellen has performed with Mirvish (Vanya & Sonia & Masha & Spike, The Audience) and in Dora Award-winning productions like Life After (Canadian Stage / Musical Stage) and Red Velvet (Crow's Theatre). Recently, she played Mary in Mary's Wedding, Shelby in Steel Magnolias and Phoebe D'Ysquith in A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder at Drayton Entertainment.

FILM / TV --- Ellen has appeared on The Handmaid's Tale (Hulu), Murdoch Mysteries (CBC), and will appear in the upcoming season of The Terminal List (Amazon).

TRAINING --- Ellen holds a BA Combined Honours Music & Theatre from Dalhousie University and is a past participant of the Citadel / Banff Professional Theatre Program.
